The idea for Adventures with the Saints took some time to really coalesce in my brain. I’ve always wanted to write books, yet I'll admit that children’s chapter books aren’t what I’ve imagined creating since I was a child.

A big part of the process when creating an LLC is deciding what to name it. I knew that step one of this new venture was actually creating the LLC, but when it came time to select a name - something I will be stuck with for the (hopefully very long) life of my business - I stopped short.

My whole life I have told anyone who would listen that I never want to start and run my own business. “I don’t have an entrepreneurial bone in my body,” I would say. Yet, God has taken my life and thrown me into uncharted, unplanned territory, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

I know that for many people, something like starting a blog doesn’t warrant a, well, blog post, but this is where I am today. God has started me (and my husband) down this unexpected path…
